• Grill candidates in screenings and interviews to separate the stars from the wannabes
• Cold call like a boss – turn those “no’s” into “yes’s”
• Team up with hiring managers to craft job descriptions that make candidates drool
• Flex your business development muscles by hunting down new client companies

What You Bring to the Table

• 1+ year of crushing it in sales or customer-facing roles (if you’ve hustled for tips/commission, you’re our kind of people)
• Communication skills that are sharp
• The HUSTLE to keep up in our fast-paced world (we don’t do slow)
• A hunger for fat commissions that keeps you up at night
• The confidence to go toe-to-toe with C-suite execs
• Bachelor’s degree (because apparently that matters)
