Aly Bondoc

Aly is the Executive Assistant and Coordinator at Elray Search, where she supports high-level executive recruiting across the aerospace, defense, and satellite sectors. Working closely with CEO Katherine Jerald, she plays a key role in search operations—helping identify and engage top talent through strategic sourcing.

In addition to search execution, Aly coordinates Elray’s Mission Critical: Aerospace & Defense Recruiting podcast, supporting guest scheduling, logistics, and production workflow to ensure a smooth and professional experience for each episode.

Since joining Elray in 2023, Aly has become a dependable force behind the firm’s execution, known for her resourcefulness, speed, and growing industry insight.

She holds a degree in A.B. Communications from Far Eastern University. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her playing badminton, binge-watching TV series, and strumming her ukulele.
