At Elray Search, we believe that supporting our community is essential to our success. That’s why we were honored to partner with REBOOT (National Veterans Transition Service Inc) and The Pinnacle Society to support San Diego area veterans transitioning into civilian life.

The event was moderated by Katherine Jerald, Elray’s Managing Director, and included a discussion with industry experts and members of The Pinnacle Society. The event was held aboard the USS Midway, a decommissioned aircraft carrier that is now a museum and popular tourist attraction in San Diego.

The goal of the event was to provide support, guidance, and resources to veterans who are transitioning from military to civilian life. The discussion covered a range of topics, including resume writing, interview skills, and the job market in San Diego.

We were honored to be a part of this event and to support our local veteran community. We recognize the sacrifices that veterans have made to protect our country, and we believe that it’s our responsibility to help them as they transition into civilian life.
