Agency Recruiter (Remote – U.S. Only | Uncapped Commission)

We’re hiring an Agency Recruiter to run full-cycle recruiting and help grow client relationships. You’ll manage your pipeline, drive outbound outreach, and build momentum fast. High autonomy, high expectations, high upside.
What You’ll Do
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, outbound outreach, and job boards
- Run structured screens and interviews to assess skill, motivation, and fit
- Conduct outbound calls/messages to move candidates and opportunities forward
- Partner with clients/hiring leaders to define roles and calibrate profiles
- Build and grow client relationships through proactive outreach (BD experience helps)
- Manage multiple searches with urgency, consistency, and strong follow-through
Who You Are
- 1+ year in agency recruiting, staffing, or commission-driven sales/customer-facing roles
- Comfortable with cold outreach and a high activity cadence
- Competitive, self-directed, and motivated by financial upside
- Clear communicator who can engage professionals and executives
- Organized: pipeline management, notes, scheduling, and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not a blocker)
Location / Work Authorization
- 100% Remote (U.S. based only)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
- Must be able to work U.S. business hours (minimum 4–5 hours overlap)
Compensation
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Top performers reach six figures in their first 12-months (and beyond)
