Jessica Mann is a second-generation executive recruiter who partners with growing and middle-market aerospace, satellite, and defense firm. She focuses on identifying and securing top-tier leadership talent across operations, business development, program and contract management, and finance.

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia College and a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Austin Peay State University, where she was honored with the I-O Practitioner Award. Throughout her academic career, she served in multiple leadership roles, including President of Psi Chi, and earned more than 10 performance-based awards from the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA). Leveraging her behavioral science background, Jessica applies data-informed insights and a deep understanding of leadership, motivation, and organizational fit to every search she conducts.

Beyond her work in executive search, Jessica remains closely connected to the athletic community. A former Division I and Division II collegiate cheerleader, she continues her involvement as a Head Instructor for the National Cheerleaders Association, traveling nationwide to train and credential coaches and teams competing at the highest levels.

Based in Nashville, TN, Jessica enjoys staying active with her local run club, exploring dog-friendly places with her dog Casey, spending time with friends, and traveling to new destinations whenever she can.
