Christina Gladwin

Christina Gladwin is the steady hand behind Elray Search’s scheduling, accounting, and office operations—keeping the team organized, on time, and (mostly) sane. Christina began her career in elementary education after earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho and a master’s from Portland State. Years later, she found her way back to her recruiting roots—following in the footsteps of her recruiter parent and bringing fresh energy to the family trade.

Now, she’s the go-to for all things logistics and operations at Elray, known for her calm efficiency, dry wit, and uncanny ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat. Whether coordinating a dozen interviews, tracking expenses, or making sure the office doesn’t run out of coffee, Christina keeps everything running with clockwork precision.

Outside of work, she’s usually on the move—chasing her kids to competitive sporting events (ultimate frisbee, basketball, volleyball, swimming), fitting in a jog around Lake Chelan, or curling up with a good book. She’s also a surprisingly skilled boogie boarder on the frigid Oregon Coast, proving she’s got grit both on and off the clock.
