Our woman-owned business is focused exclusively on aerospace, satellite, and technology and we partner with growing firms in defense and space manufacturing to deliver top functional leaders.

We value curiosity, integrity, and ambition, and we’re looking for someone who shares those values to join our team in this remote role. As a recruiter, your responsibilities will include searching for candidates on LinkedIn, marketing jobs to candidates, conducting recorded video interviews using Hinterview, screening and evaluating candidates for positions, creating content for automated email campaigns using Crelate, formatting resumes, and conducting research.

We’re looking for someone who is ready to make real-time connections and be a key part of our success. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales/recruiting/HR experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, experience working remotely, a desire to grow, and great phone and video communication skills.
